The bustling metropolis of the second largest city is filled with hidden gems and delights.
The Midlands is made up of various regions including the East Midlands, West Midlands and the at counties of Derbyshire, Herefordshire, Leicestershire, and Lincolnshire.
I adore the Culture of The Midlands, it has so much to offer, with museums and art galleries such as the Jewellery Quarter Museum and the Motorcycle Museum. From picturesque visits to the Peak District and fabulous shopping in both Birmingham and Nottingham. Warwickshire and Stratford Upon Avon are filled with romantic coffee shops and museums, made perfectly for those wanting history in twinned with romance.
Sublime bars and restaurants are a delight, with plush and stylish settings. From taking a walk along the canal and dining at Bank in the infamous Brindley Place. To the shopping and glamorous spot of the mailbox, stopping for a cocktail at the beautiful Malmaison Bar or take a stroll to The Ivy or a personal favourite of mine Gaucho. You can’t beat their mouth-watering steaks. If your palette is more refined, dining at Purnell’s or Simpsons, makes for a spectacular date night.
I adore the Hampton Manor hotel which defines class, elegance and character, the fine dining and divine bedrooms are second to none, through to the Malmaison and Hotel Du Vin which are my favourite city hotels. Further a field are the comfortable hotels in and around the NEC and Birmingham airport. I adore travelling to the surrounding areas of Worcester and Warwickshire and delight in the many countryside pubs and hotels.
You really are spoilt for choice when it comes to things to do. The options are endless but overall, the Midlands is filled with a diverse atmosphere where pleasure and fantasy can be explored. Your visit will be unforgettable and the company will leave a lasting impression, leaving you in seventh heaven, wanting to repeat the experience all over again!
